WHO WATCHED LAW SCHOOL? Who became invested in the drama? Who needed to know who was the killer? Who became attached to the characters and the relationships that were formed during the drama?
WELL, I DID SO I AM DOING A "HIDE & SEEK" POST FOR THE DRAMA! If you remember from my post I did for Missing: The Other Side, I will tell you where to watch these actors/actresses next so you can continue loving the talent that you discovered and/or loved in Law School.
Law School seems like a great choice for this series because it was ensemble cast. So, viewers are bound to become attached to certain characters or actors. They will want to watch more from those actors/actresses. I know I was introduced to some new actors/actresses and want to watch more of their work.
KIM MYUNG MIN as YANG JONG HOON
KIM MYUNG MIN is a seasoned actor and has been around FOR A LONG TIME! I am surprised because I realized that Law School is the first time, I have watched him in something. I have a TON of his other works on my plan to watch list but I have never clicked play on them (yet). Of course, I would recommend Law School for you guys to watch. I have also heard he is great in V.I.P, Miracle that We Met and Six Flying Dragons. Oh, White Tower is supposed to be SO GOOD!! That is an older drama of course.
KIM BUM as HAN JOON HWI
Unless you have been living under a rock, I am SURE you have seen KIM BUM in another drama or movie. If you haven't, WELL YOU HAVE CLICKED ON THE RIGHT BLOG POST!
Kim Bum was in Boys Over Flowers which was my introduction to Kdramaland over 10 years ago so that was when I was introduced to him. Last year, he was in Tale of the Nine Tailed and WAS AWESOME! He has actually acted with Kim Myung Min before in the movie Detective K: Secret of the Living Dead.
RYU HYE YOUNG as KANG SOL [A]
Law School was my introduction to this WONDERFUL actress RYU HYE YOUNG. Well, I should say my introduction to her as a prominent role. I watched Bad Guys and she was a guest role in that drama. If you like crime dramas, I HIGHLY recommend Bad Guys. She was in the Reply series, specifically Reply 1988 so I am sure a lot of people have seen her in that. I have not watched any of the Reply series because they are not the type of dramas I go for. If you like slice of life and ensemble dramas, CHECK OUT THE REPLY SERIES!
LEE JUNG EUN as KIM EUN SOOK
If you have been in Kdramaland for ANY LENGTH OF TIME, I AM SURE you have seen LEE HUNG EUN in something else. I am sure you have heard of Parasite and most have seen it. SHE WAS SO GOOD IN THIS MOVIE! A couple of other movies I will recommend of her is A Taxi Driver, Okja and Mr. Zoo: The Missing VIP. For her dramas, I HIGHLY recommend Strangers From Hell. She was COMPLETELY different in that drama and it shows how diverse she can be in her roles. Some of her dramas I would recommend are Mr. Sunshine, Once Again and Tomorrow With You. She is one of those actresses that will eventually pop up in something you are watching and has been in A LOT of different things so you have a lot to choose from if you want to watch more of her works.
LEE SOO KYUNG as KANG SOL [B]
My introduction to LEE SOO KYUNG was 2018's Where Stars Land. She was a lovable security guard and I loved her character in that drama. I was excited to see her in a new kdrama because it had been a while since she did a drama. She has only been in 4 dramas but has more movies. She is also in Mr Zoo: The Missing VIP with a guest role. I am excited to see her in future roles because I think she is a talented young actress.
LEE DAVID as SEO JI HO
LEE DAVID is one of those actors who has been in A LOT of things and has variety in the roles that he has done. I was first introduced to him in Bring It On, Ghost. He has a DELICIOUS evil role in Hotel Del Luna which I LOVED!! He had a main role in one of the episodes of SF8 anthology series last year WHICH I HIGHLY recommend. He was in the movies The Front Line and Swing Kids which are supposed to be a FANTASTIC movies. If you look up the dramas and movies he has been in, YOU ARE BOUND TO FIND SOMETHING YOU WILL LIKE!
GO YOON JUNG as JEUN YE SEUL
I have seen every drama that GO YOON JUNG has ever been in. I honestly don't know how I did that, maybe because she has only appeared in a handful of dramas. She is also a fairly new actress so that might be the reason too. I do like her as an actress so I am DEFINITELY excited for her future dramas. I was introduced to her in her debut drama He is Psychometric. She was FANTASTIC in both of the dramas she was in in 2020: Sweet Home and The School Nurse Files. You really can't go wrong with any of the dramas she has been in and she has 2 more dramas already lined up for the future. She also has a couple of movies coming up too.
LEE KANG JI as MIN BOK GI
LEE KANG JI is VERY new to me and probably to all of you. Law School was his first drama and also his first project ever. So, we can look for him in future works to see him again. I am excited to see what he does next!
HYUN WOO as YOO SEUNG JAE
HYUN WOO has been acted for over 10 years now. He is one of my favorite actors so I was excited to see him as the cast of Law School. I had a soft spot for his character in this drama. My introduction to Hyun Woo was Witch's Love in 2018. If you like a light, tropey romance drama CHECK THIS ONE OUT! I thought it was quite delightful. He is known for his roles in the dramas Pasta and The Gentlemen of Wolgyesu Tailor Shop. I also liked his role in Woman of 9.9 Billion even though it was a smaller role. FUN FACT: He has also acted with Kim Myung Min before in some of the Detective K movies series just like Kim Bum.
KIM MIN SEOK as JO YE BUM
KIM MIN SEOK is like many other actors featured in this post. He has done a lot and you can see him in a variety of dramas and movies. My introduction was the AMAZING movie Train to Busan. YOU REALLY NEED TO WATCH THIS MOVIE IF YOU ARE A ZOMBIE FAN! FUN FACT - He was also in the drama The Gentlemen of Wolgyesu Tailor Shop along with Hyun Woo. The first drama I watched Kim Min Seok in was Longing Heart in 2017. He had an AMAZING year in 2020 because he was in 3 dramas. I saw him in Forest (he was so funny in this role), Start-Up and he was also in Season 1 of Hospital Playlist that I did not watch. I am excited to see what he pops up in next.
Well, there you go! I hope this helps you track down some other projects that your favs from Law School have done. If you have not clicked play on Law School, NOW IS YOUR CHANCE! I can't recommend this kdrama enough! It is just a very entertaining drama where I guarantee you will get attached to certain characters and want to know what happens next. It was A LOT OF FUN to watch. This kdrama will probably be one of my favorites of 2021. I was almost NOT going to watch this drama so I am glad I did.
What actors/actresses in Law School will you miss the most? What projects would you recommend we watch next from these actors/actresses? Did you have a favorite that we did not cover? What drama should we feature next in our Hide & Seek series?
